The DEMA 221P.083 Poly Rocket Chemical Injector is a dual-barb injector designed for car wash chemical injection applications. It features a chemically resistant polymer body with the same internal design as DEMA’s stainless-steel Rocket injectors, giving operators a familiar and service-friendly option where durability, repairability, and cost-effectiveness matter.
This model has two grey metering barbs indicating a 0.083" flow orifice to help technicians quickly identify the internal nozzle size. It is rated to deliver 1.6 GPM at 100 PSI and 2.4 GPM at 200 PSI. This injector is rated for a maximum pressure of 500 PSI. The removable metering barbs and internal components help simplify maintenance and repair, while the Ryton PPS nozzle provides broad chemical resistance. In addition to that, larger 11/16" wrench flats help make installation and removal easier than other injectors without this design feature.
