Welcome! This website is designed to make it easy for you to request parts from D&S. Here’s what you need to know:

What This Website Does

  • Provides a visual catalog of available parts with descriptions and pricing.
  • Helps you submit a request for the parts you need.
  • Sends your request details (customer info, part numbers, quantities, shipping preferences) to the D&S Parts Team for processing.

Important: This Is a Request, Not an Order

Completing checkout does not create an official order. It simply sends your request to D&S.
Your order becomes official only after the D&S Parts Team verifies pricing, availability, and shipping details.

What Happens After You Submit a Request?

You’ll receive four emails during the process:

  1. Request Confirmation
    Confirms your request was submitted via the website.
    Note: Shipping and tax will show as $0.00 because the site is non-transactional. These will be added later.
  2. Request Update
    Confirms the Parts Team is reviewing your request and converting it into an order.
  3. Order Acknowledgement
    Confirms your request is now an order. Prices or availability may differ from your initial request.
  4. Invoice
    Shows the final amount, including shipping and taxes. If items are backordered, you may receive multiple invoices.

Shipping Information

  • All orders are shipped via the carrier selected during checkout. Delivery times and costs are based on carrier estimates and may vary.
  • D&S is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
  • If there is any discrepancy in shipping charges or if damage occurs during transit, D&S will initiate the claim process with the carrier on behalf of the customer.
  • To ensure timely resolution, customers must report any shipping issues (including shortages, damages, or incorrect charges) within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Failure to report within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.
  • Please note that carrier policies govern claim approvals and timelines.

Pricing & Charges

  • Prices on the website are subject to change.
  • Shipping and taxes are not calculated online and will appear as $0.00 during checkout.
  • Actual charges are applied when your request becomes an official order.
  • D&S reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
