We just wanted to annouce a feature added to the site. When viewing your cart, there is a new button labeled "Save Cart".

Clicking on this button will open a new dialouge box.

Here you can add a recipient(s) and notes for the cart. Clicking the button will email the cart to your recipent(s). From the email they can load this cart and proceed to make changes or order the items quickly and easily.
